Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Final sale items
  • Intimate or hygiene-related apparel
  • Customized products

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and reported.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
